21-Day Returns Guarantee
You may return any item to us in its original condition within 21 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund.
If an item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please return it within 21 days of receiving your replacement. We want to make the returns process as straightforward as possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item we will process your refund promptly. We will also reimburse your shipping costs — the original delivery charge will be refunded in full.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will initiate a bank transfer refund to the same account and country used for the original payment.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exclusions — Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Made-to-order items (such as bespoke framing options)
- Commission agreements
- Custom or personalised orders
However, if you wish to cancel an order for a made-to-order or custom item, you may do so before we have notified you that it is complete. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
This policy is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Availability & Stock
Our inventory is updated in real time to reflect current availability. Please note:
- Original artworks exist in a single quantity — once sold they are not restocked.
- Limited edition prints are available in finite numbers; if your chosen print has sold out we will issue a refund the same day or next working day.
- Open edition reproductions — if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will dispatch within 5 working days or issue a full refund.
If you have any concerns about the availability of a particular piece before purchasing, please get in touch and we will be happy to confirm current stock.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining your proof of postage.
