Delivery Timeframes
Every artwork is meticulously prepared and packed by hand. Our current lead time for production and dispatch is 4–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs processing for international orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Every piece is packed with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:
- Prints & reproductions are rolled in acid-free tissue and shipped in rigid tubes or flat-packed between protective boards.
- Original artworks are individually wrapped and dispatched in bespoke rigid packaging.
- Framed items are double-boxed with corner protectors and foam padding.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item before contacting us. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Delivery Charges
Postage starts from £7.99 and is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We ship worldwide but if your country is not available contact us and we will help where we can.
For very large or heavy original artworks, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm the most appropriate delivery method and cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you do not receive tracking details, please check your order in your online account or contact us.
International Customs & Duties
For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may be levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control.
