The one young British artist whose prodigious talent could just prove longer lasting as well as more accessible to millions is 31-year-old Stephen Wiltshire, who has been named in the New Year’s Honours List. Stephen was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to the art world.
