Stephen spent a week in Tokyo, Japan in October 2004. As a part of the filming he was taken for a helicopter ride over the city. Over the one-hour ride Stephen absorbed every detail of the sprawling metropolis below, later recreating the skyline in extraordinary detail entirely from memory.
